Are you feeling a sense of overwhelm with your to-do lists, thoughts, desires, and not honouring what you need? When asked “how are you”, how do you respond? The most often used phrase is “busy”. Well I’m here to tell you that busy isn’t actually a feeling, it’s a state. Busyness does not equal productivity and productivity does not equal self-worth. You don’t have to be “busy” all the time to lead a fulfilling life. Perhaps mindful creativity will give you super powers…. perhaps not. Every person will unearth something different by connecting with their bodies, breath and creativity. What would it BE like to invite balance, live a more present life, and be less busy?
This self-discovery experience will guide you to be more present for yourself & loved ones.
