Simply put, journaling is OUR jam AND the practice of journaling can inspire your whole being. Art journaling is simply about playing, allowing yourself to express yourself in whatever way you feel in the moment.

Art journaling is the same as written journaling except you’re using art supplies to express your thoughts. This is all about process, not the product. If you’ve ever written in journals - my guess is that you didn’t worry about what you were writing - you just wrote. This is the same for art journalling you’re going to be simply expressing yourself through shape and colour (while playing with some wicked supplies). In this class you will be trying out different techniques, using a variety of supplies and different colour combinations, all the while NOT worrying about the final result.
