Come & enjoy a morning of warm tea, gabbing and an exploration of your inner self.
Each week will be focused around a theme and will include a guided meditation/visualization, creativity & reflection.
Mom's of any aged child(ren) are welcome and you are welcome to bring your little ones if they are less then 12 months in age.
Weekly - Wednesday's from 10:00 - 11:30am
