Do you need a break? Feeling some of that mom-rage? Looking for some coping strategies?
Come & enjoy a morning of warm tea, gabbing and an exploration of your inner self.
Each week will be focused around a theme and will include a guided meditation/visualization, creativity & reflection.
All mothers welcome. Join us - with your babe inside, outside, or on your own.

The 90 mins will be spent:
- Connecting….lots of connecting, connecting with yourself & other moms
- Dialogue with other moms
- Reflection & time for journaling
- Guided mindful exercises
- Intimate setting, maximum 6 moms
