90 mins will be spent:

  • Connecting, lots of connecting, connecting with yourself & other moms

  • Guided mindful exercises

  • Reflection & time for journaling

  • Conversation with other moms

  • Intimate setting, maximum 6 moms


Clear your head, feel the flow and celebrate motherhood.

Do you need a break?  Feeling some intense emotions? Looking for some coping strategies? 

Come & enjoy a morning of warm tea, gabbing and an exploration of your inner self. Each week will be focused around a theme and will include a guided meditation/visualization, creativity & reflection.

All mothers welcome. Join us - with your babe inside, outside*, or on your own.

*18m and younger can attend with you

No, they do not expire. You can use them anytime.

If I buy a pack, do I have to use them consecutively?
No, you do not have to come to 5 or 10 in a row, you can drop-in anytime.

If I buy a pack, how do I let you know I’m attending?
