  • IDEALLY, WHEN WORKING ON THESE EXERCISES YOU ARE IN A SPACE WHERE YOU WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED, FEEL SAFE AND CALM.

  • THIS CAN BE AN OFFICE, SPARE ROOM, LIVING ROOM, OR EVEN A PARK BENCH. LISTEN TO THE URGE INSIDE THATS TELLING YOU WHERE TO CREATE.

  • GATHER YOUR SUPPLIES

  • TEXTURES: SCRAPBOOK PAPER, WASHI TAPE, GLUE, SCISSORS

  • PAINT: PAINT, BRUSHES, WATER, PAPER TOWEL
