What to Expect:
Check-In: A space to land, connect, and share how you’re really doing.
Intro to the Week’s Theme: A gentle nudge into reflection and creativity.
Guided Meditation/Visualization: A moment to breathe, reset, and shake off the overstimulation.
Art & Journaling Time: Space to create, process, and get out of your head.
Sharing (Optional!): A safe, no-judgment space to share your work or insights - only if you feel like it.
What to Bring:
🖌 Your favorite art & writing supplies (messy, minimal, or whatever’s calling you).
☕ A cozy drink (because we romanticize hydration here).
🚪 A plan to avoid interruptions (AKA: Set the kids up with a snack, a show, or an elaborate scavenger hunt that buys you an hour of peace 😝)
