To make a podcast more engaging and shareable, it is essential to have a clear idea of the story or topic and to focus on a SINGLE topic. The four main categories of content for Chill Like a Mother are: - Chill and not-so-chill, which includes topics related to emotional intelligence and regulation. - Creativity, which encompasses anything related to being creative while also being a mother. - Coping, which includes topics related to mental health and coping with life's challenges. - Community, which covers anything that creates a sense of community (the "I'm not alone" feeling) and camaraderie.

collecting, editing/paraphrasing, using and sharing responses to this questionnaire and/or recorded interview for any and all purposes (including but not limited to, marketing, podcasting, and course creation).
