WHAT IF I Don't Have Time?

Listen, I know. Every mom influencer is out here saying, "You have the time," and you're like—WHERE?!?

But real talk - this isn't about carving out some sacred, uninterrupted hour (LOL). It's about grabbing five minutes while life is already happening.

10 Moments When You Can Squeeze This In:

🚿 While your youngest is in the tub (they're going to prune anyway)

☕ While your coffee brews

🥣 While the kids eat breakfast (or argue about eating breakfast)

🚗 While you sit in the car waiting for this song to finish

🛏️ While the kids are supposedly napping or falling asleep at night or while you lay there next to them (even if they're just destroying their rooms quietly)

📱 Instead of one mindless doom-scroll through social media

🍳 While dinner is in the oven and you have 10 minutes before their episode is over

🚌 While waiting for the school bus (yours or theirs)

🛁 While running a bath for yourself (you deserve this)

💤 Before bed instead of lying awake mentally rehearsing tomorrow's to-do list

It's not about finding more time. It's about using the chaotic, imperfect moments you already have. And I promise - that's enough.

Ten Questions to Ask Yourself If You Really Don’t Have Time:

  1. What's one thing I already do daily where I could add this? (Think: coffee routine, bedtime ritual, car rides)

  2. When do I typically scroll my phone mindlessly? (That's 5 minutes I could redirect)

  3. What am I filling my time with that leaves me feeling emptier?

  4. What would I tell my best friend if she said she didn't have 5 minutes for herself?

  5. What am I afraid will happen if I stop moving for 5 minutes?

  6. Who taught me that everyone else's needs come before mine?

  7. What's the cost of running on empty - to me, and to the people I love?

  8. What stories am I telling myself about what I "should" be doing instead?

  9. What would change if I believed I was worth 5 minutes?

  10. What if taking care of myself actually helped me show up better for everyone else?
