Who It’s For
✅ You're parenting a highly sensitive, spirited, or emotionally big kid
✅ You yourself are highly sensitive - and parenting is harder because of it
✅ You've tried staying calm and found it's a lot harder than every article makes it sound
✅ You want to understand what's happening for your kid - not just manage their behaviour
✅ You're interested in using creativity as an outlet in tough parenting moments
✅ You're tired of advice that tells you what to do without helping you feel calm enough to do it
It’s not for you if
🚫 You're looking for behaviour strategies or a parenting framework (this is about regulation, not technique)
🚫 You want quick fixes - this is about feeling things through, not optimizing
🚫 You're not willing to get a little weird with art supplies
🚫 You're in acute mental health crisis - please get direct support first

What this looks like
I have a highly sensitive kid. And there's one night I think about a lot.
We'd just come back from a two-week vacation - the kind with a trampoline purchase and many special things. By any reasonable measure, it had been a good stretch. And then, at bedtime, after I'd said no - gently and firmly - to the TV being turned back on for the third time, my son looked at me and said: "I never get what I want."
He stomped around. He avoided every bedtime maneuver. He threw stuffed animals. I made eye contact and didn't say anything back. Because I knew he'd been holding something in for two weeks - staying in new places, meeting new people, keeping it together. This was the first safe moment he had to let some of it out.
When he finally said he was disappointed about parts of the vacation, I said: "I believe you."
That's the work we do here. Staying regulated in those moments is a skill you build. Not a personality trait. Not something you either have or don't.
The cost
Seriously. No hidden fees.
No upsell coming. Sign up and you get all five sessions.
how it works
STep 1
You enroll. You get immediate access to my custom-designed online classroom at kaylahuszar.com (no new app, no complicated platform). Password in your email.
step 2
You log in whenever you're ready - tonight, next week, next month. There's no start date and no deadline.
step 3
I walk you through it. You create alongside me. You can listen while folding laundry, but there are hands-on pieces (the creative practice and journaling) where you'll need to pause and actually do the thing. You pick what works. Don't want to draw? Write instead. Don't want to do all the prompts? Skip some. This is YOUR process.
