under mothered : For the Mom Who Wants to Show Up Differently

15 group sessions for you to bridge the gap between the way you were mothered and how you'd like to show up as a mom.

You're over surface-level mom content, you've probably already downloaded your fair share of PDFs, courses and maybe even already done some real work on yourself.

You have moments where you show up exactly how you want to as a mom, and though you're proud of them, sometimes you lose it and feel like hot garbage because you are trying so hard.

You're endlessly giving, which means you're the one holding everything together, doing more than your share because it's easier, and because some part of you believes that's what a good mom does.

Your childhood wasn't “that bad,” and despite reading the books, listening to the podcasts, and trying the scripts, you still feel like nothing quite explains why you feel the way you do.

You're doing the hardest, most important work of your life, and it still doesn’t feel like enough.

imagine by Christmas….

  • Catching yourself mid pattern and thinking, of course I react this way, this makes sense given how I was mothered, instead of spiralling into shame.

  • Showing up on the hard days, even when it's messy, a little steadier than you used to be without needing to perform calm.

  • Creating the life you want, being more YOU with less guilt about the choices you make.

  • Feeling seen and heard, maybe for the first time, in a (virtual) room full of moms who get it (without you having to explain it).

Investment: $300 CAD
or 3 monthly payments of $100

Additional payment plans are always available upon request.

There are currently 15  open spots.

If the 15 spots don’t fill by August 31, 2026 there will be drop-in sessions available
  • $25 drop-in, single session
  • 5-session pack - $100 (pay for 4, 1 session free)

this is for you if:

  • You’re ready to look at, sit with and process some of the hard stuff from your childhood

  • You have caught yourself mid-sentence saying the exact thing your own mother used to say, and hated how it sounded

  • You know you are not getting the apology, let alone the conversation, you hoped for from your own mother - and you would like a f*cking moment to process that

  • You want to show up patient even in hard moments

  • You want to understand where these patterns came from, not just collect another list of scripts to try

this isn't right for you if:

  • Your mental health is in red alert crisis mode and you need 1:1 support - this is therapuedic in nature but not a substitute for therapy or crisis care

  • You are looking for parenting advice or a checklist - this series stays with the question, and does not give prescriptive answers or unsolicited advice

what's included in this series

A Quick Word on the wellness industry

I understand if you've been burned before. I have too.

  • A book/PDF/course that promised to make it simple and didn’t.

  • An expert who made it sound easy, until you tried it at six o'clock with a toddler mid meltdown.

  • A feed full of moms who look like they already have this figured out, while you're just trying to survive the day.

That's a fishbowl problem, not a you problem, and it's exactly what the Undermothered Series is built to address.

The Undermothered Series is a guided experiential process built around your actual story: not a parenting formula, not a script written for someone else's mother-daughter dynamic, not mindset work dressed up as healing.

It starts with your life, your experience, your perspective and we journey together, exploring and experiencing and expressing what’s Important to you (and maybe ends without freezing the second your kid tests you).
