Session 3

Touched Out & Tuned Out

In Session 3, you'll get a guided body-based meditation to help you feel what sensory overwhelm actually does in your body, so you can start recognizing it before it takes over.

Have you been feeling touched out and overwhelmed?

If you've been snapping more than you'd like, or crying in the shower where nobody can hear you, you might think something is wrong with you. It's not your fault, and feeling touched out and overwhelmed does not mean you're failing as a mom. You're doing great, even on the days it doesn't feel that way.

You just need a place to actually process what's going on in your body, instead of thinking your way through it (again).

Finding Resilience can show you how. It might be easier than you think.

You can be a resilient parent and feel more calm confidence

"I drew my overwhelm as a tornado, just scribbles and chaos on the page. I texted after: 'Just getting it OUT of my body and onto paper helped me realize I'm not broken. I could feel my shoulders drop for the first time in weeks.'"

After Session 7, another mom realized she'd been so focused on not yelling (like her mom did) that she missed all the good things she WAS doing, the bedtime snuggles, the listening, the showing up. She said:

"Holy shit, I'm actually carrying forward the good parts. I'm not f***ing it all up."

THE INVESTMENT

One payment of $100 CAD, or four payments of $25 CAD spread over 4 months. However you pay, you get everything: all eight sessions, the materials guide, and access that never expires.

If you're debating this at 9pm tonight, it's about the cost of one night of takeout, and unlike takeout, this helps you actually enjoy motherhood more, tonight and long after tonight's over.

Many extended health benefits plans cover this program under registered social work, and I can provide a receipt for submission.

how it works

STep 1

You enroll. You get immediate access to my custom-designed online classroom at kaylahuszar.com, no new app, no complicated platform. Password in your email.

step 2

You log in whenever you're ready, tonight, next week, next month. There's no start date and no deadline.

step 3

I walk you through it. You create alongside me. You can listen while folding laundry, but there are hands-on pieces (the creative practice and journaling) where you'll need to pause and actually do the thing. You pick what works. Don't want to draw? Write instead. Don't want to do all the prompts? Skip some. This is YOUR process.
